You can reach out to us through email, give us a call, or submit a request on our website to start a conversation. Be prepared to share your initial ideas about your budget, project, timeline, and location. We'll then schedule a visit to conduct the first assessment and get your project started.
02. Initial Assessment (FREE)
In this meeting, we'll have the opportunity to get to know each other and determine if we're the right fit for your project. We'll walk you through the construction process, addressing any concerns that may arise, and offering practical solutions and creative ideas to bring your vision to life.
Send your drawings ahead of time, if available, to provide us with an initial understanding of the project's scope. During our meeting, we'll review the plans and encourage you to share your hopes, dreams, and concerns. Don't have drawings yet? If you don't, that's perfectly fine. We can still offer a ballpark price, although our preference is to work with detailed plans. If needed, our Architectural Designer or In-House designer can create drawings for you at an agreed price, and these drawings will be exclusively yours to keep.
03. Quote Presentation (FREE)
This meeting is a critical opportunity for you to gain a deep understanding of our quote, ask pertinent questions, and equip yourself to make informed comparisons with other companies. We're committed to ensuring you have absolute clarity on pricing and options. During this session, we'll delve into the details, explaining the scope of work, the associated costs, and the terms of the contract.We're here to not only answer your immediate questions but also to address any concerns that may arise during our meeting and beyond.
This is a pivotal step in your journey towards a successful construction project, and we're dedicated to making it as meaningful and informative as possible.
04. Quote Approval
Once the quote is approved, we'll schedule a follow-up meeting to discuss the contract, payment schedule, and project start date. Please note that a deposit will be required upon signing the contract, which has already been discussed during the presentation of the quote. The deposit typically ranges from 5% to 10%, depending on the size and scope of the project.
This initial deposit serves the dual purpose of securing your project's spot in our schedule and covering permit expenses and planning hours necessary before commencing the job.
05. Designing Process
After the quote is approved, the planning for your specific project begins. One of our initial steps involves helping you with the design of every room. We work on getting a clear vision of your project by creating mood boards and 3D renders, ensuring that your ideas come to life in a visual and tangible way.
As we move forward, we transition into the selection of finishing materials. This step involves making choices for materials and finishes that align with your vision. We understand that these decisions can be numerous, but rest assured, we're here to guide you through every choice and ensure the process is not just manageable but enjoyable. By this time, you know all the people who have made this project possible, you will joke with them, and they joke with you. This is the most exciting time where you can do that final walk through to go over the entire job and decide if there are still things to look after. Our biggest hope is that this list is just very small as we have already addressed any concerns week after week. It is time to celebrate and enjoy your dream as it has come true.
